He's a no nonsense by the book cop, he's a fly by the seat of his pants rouge cop who does things his way. If this sounds familiar it should since it's every single American budy cop film ever made, ironic since Hollywood now makes fun of the buddy cop genre, re The Other Guys.
Canada has many good films and stories they produce ever so often. This is not one of them. I like Colm Feore as an actor but this is not one of his best.
