Stylish, visually stunning, but cliche and somewhat retarded first-time feature by film school graduates doesn't really know what message its trying to get across about graffiti, let alone about its ambiguous and unlikeable characters.
A couple of funny cops and jaw-dropping cinematography keep your attention, but the story is almost non-existent, the cliches are distasteful and the whole movie is ultimately immensely dull, boring and misguided.
Hire the camera-guy, fire the director.
