Review of Bolero (1934) by Bill T — 15 Oct 2012
INTERESTING movie here as George Raft plays a playboy dancer never happy with what he's got. He wants more! And that includes his dancing partners! He soon settles in with Carole Lombard though. But wait! The war starts up and he's wounded! Will he be ok for his big finale number during the re-opening of his club? This was a bit silly and melodramatic, but it got more interesting (and silly) as it went on, so it was an enjoyable distraction.
