Totally dated by now, but the soundtrack's awesome. Some very poorly acted scenes, but overall I like it a lot. This is probably the only movie with Vin Diesel I'll ever watch. Being familiar with the New York "Manhattan vs.
outer boroughs and bridge & tunnel" mentality probably helps.
