I knew the story. I thought it would be a pleasant trip down memory lane. I was not prepared for the assault. For two hours I was immersed in a whirlwind of emotions and fascinating peeks into the lives one of the greatest bands and one of the greatest performers that have ever existed.

I have never sobbed while smiling so much in my life. Two days after watching the film and it is still fresh in my mind. I was made to feel and I was taken on a journey. In my mind, that is why movies exist.
