Review of Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) by Amanda C — 04 Nov 2018

I'm not here to tell the critics how to do their jobs, but they're dead wrong on this one. This movie was fantastic. Rami Malek deserves Oscar for this performance, which often made me forget I was watching a movie and not archival footage of Queen.

The rest of the cast, especially the other members of Queen, were truly outstanding in their roles, giving stellar performances all around. While the story takes some liberties with the time line and at times the pacing is a little awkward, the movie is overall a solid example of how to do a musical biopic right.
