Review of Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) by John N — 03 Nov 2018

Any film based on real-life events is a challenge. A film based on a real person is an even bigger challenge. Bohemian Rapsody took that challenge head-on and won. This is an amazing film, from the story to the rhythm, to the way it's told. Any biopic is bound to have inaccuracies and this one is no exception, however, there are only, to my knowledge, two big ones and even those are only there because this is, above all else, a mean of entertainment and sometimes life isn't exciting enough, even for a legend such as Freddy. The rhythm is also quite good, most biopics either move to slow or to fast, you don't get that feeling here. Everything moves at the right pace and everything gets the right amount of focus, even the time jumps are rather fun to watch. And all of this, while listening to an amazing soundtrack.

A truly amazing film highly recommended to anyone who has yet to see it.
