Ridley Scott directing DiCaprio and Crowe in a spy movie? And at the peak of "24" and other espionage thrillers out there, you'd think it was the top of its game. But why does it fall so flat? Maybe not enough 'reason' for the whole operation to go down.
Not enough viewpoint from the terrorists and their reasons, and too much emphasis on 'the good guys' to take them down. But isn't that how it is in reality as well? Funny enough, Mark Strong as a Jordanian was one of the better roles cast.
