Review of Body Double (1984) by Bryan R — 06 Jul 2008
Wonderful DePalma thriller with Griffith stealing the show in every scene she's in. As for the story, well, it's good, interesting, highly improbable, but about as entertaining as they come. The eroticism is laid on heavy and the whole film is really very thrilling with its many twists and turns, all supported by DePalma's psychotic camera and Pino Donaggio's lush score.
Deborah Shelton's Gloria is quite a seductive site to behold.
