This movie would probably be less than mediocre if it wasn't for Tim Roth (I know; I'm a bit biased, but he's a great actor!). His characater is quite despicable, but absolutely hilarious. The story is pretty standard, but has a certain charm that keeps you watching.
Fans of Roth should watch this, but it's probably not for most people.
