Inferior to Road Trip or Eurotrip, Boat Trip uses what some might label ‘faggot humour’ to elicit some cheap laughs, plus some T&A supplied by Victoria Silvstedt hamming up her Swedish origins.
Not particularly clever though it has some moments. Gooding shows he can do comedy well, while Moore seems to enjoy saying adult lines such as ‘bad-ass motherf***er.’ Overall, a mild comedy and very adult (sexual humour, coarse language, drug use).
One wonders what the gay community makes of it all.
