I think roger Ebert said it best really "This is a movie for nobody, about nothing".
However, I did find a lot of the scenes and a few lines funny in this film. The whole story has more holes than a brick of swiss cheese. If you do happen to watch this watch for the charater played by Roger Moore (the best James Bond). Every line he delievers in this is really funny. Also the cameo from Will Ferrell is one to watch for as well. Other than that this film is pretty much garbage with some funny and not horrible performances. The romantic setup was entirely cliche'd.
