Review of Blues Brothers 2000 (1998) by Victoria B — 03 Jul 2007
I like John Goodman, but he couldn't replace John Belushi opposite Dan Akroyd. I'm really happy that they had him play Mighty Mack rather than trying to pass him off as Joliet Jake. It was nowhere near as good as the original, but I don't think that the filmmakers expected it to be.
The soundtrack was solid, and it was a good enough movie overall, but...meh...watch the first one instead.
