The film itself - everything from the story to the cinematography - was divine. The lead actresses were obviously entirely convincing and completely mesmerizing. Their relationship was one of the most realistic I've ever seen portrayed on film.
Would I watch this film again, however? No. Some scenes were far too lengthy and too graphic for me to tolerate. Glad I rented it on DVD.
