This is a gripping, passionate and wonderfully French movie.
Just to get the main issue out of the way, yes there is a lot of lesbian sex in it, but - thank the Lord - because it was made in France and not the USA (I have an American passport so I can say such things...), it's realistic, observant, watchful and not porny, or shot with a bunch of horny frat boys in mind.
The voracity of the two characters gave me goosebumps. And also - yay, French cinema! - no godawful happy ending.
