The story is an important one about our depleting water supply and how for several reasons we need to let nature take it's course, stop damming rivers, stop polluting our current water supplies, and stop putting a price on water.
Water should have never become a commodity that we need to purchase. Everyone should have the right to water because we need it to survive.
