This movie is a lot of fun. The cinematography is great and the soundtrack is a lot of fun. What happened to Kate Bosworth? She showed great potential with her charm and could have been the next Reese Witherspoon based on this flick.
It's formulaic, but the change of scenery to Hawaii and the surfing lifestyle are enough to give the film some freshness.
