Review of Blue Caprice (2013) by Ojas V — 07 Oct 2013
A chilling tale based on the D.C, Sniper attacks, we get in the mind of a charismatic psychopath who a young impressionable child with a gift for expert marksmanship over the edge. With its grey rusted cinematography, and slow deliberate pacing, we see how anger can manifest into something terrible.
Isaiah Washington and the young Tequan Richmond do a great job as surrogate father and son, who are thrown into life under unfortunate circumstances, and react to their misery with the worst kind of contempt for life.
I know the facts of the actual case are a different, but this does provide a look into the type of situation that creates cold blooded murderers.
