Review of Blow Out (1981) by Paul S — 17 Jul 2007
This is famously Quentin Tarantino's favorite De Palma movie. I don't 100% agree, but I will say it is my favorite of the De Palma thrillers (my favorite overall De Palma movie has to be "The Untouchables").
John Travolta is great, the cinematography and framing of shots should be noted, and it gets extra kudos just for taking place amongst the movie business.
