Review of Blow Out (1981) by Bill B — 02 Sep 2012
I'm slowly filling in my DePalma viewing with some of the missed classics, this being one of them that I really regret not watching up to this point. I really dig his style and window into the world in the late '70s /early '80s. even if I continue to be puzzled by his constant casting of his wife Nancy Allen as a hooker; you'd think she'd put her foot down at some point.
Great film, recommended.
