Review: Well 'Bloodworth' is kinda a 'divine comedy' with some drama/dry humour/romance stirred in. It`s a story, a dramatic legacy of this clan, not individual characterization as is but shallow to form thier necessary typicalization.
A basic in every way way, staple beat in every scene I viewed. Has an ironic feel funny nature to it, but really 'quite sad really' - "the jars abit dry and the man`s a bit thirsty" on this one. so good if you do find the humour in it, theres still plenty of hope if you want to enjoy it.
A good parable for this would be; that some things are better somtimes left unsaid. this does mean that though people don`t understand other folk sometimes - this was just tellin a likely tale.
It is a quality production to the point of raw glossy finish but it`s a blunt edged tale so be ready for anything.
Synopsis: A young 'man' (Reece Daniel Thompson cast as Fleming Bloodworth) and the baby of a family that continues to grow it`s separate ways but finds itself closing in on each other someway in this fairly short spanse of time covering the relationships of onanother and the ensuing folly to follow. He lands a smitten lass as well during this short period of time. there`s a lot left out and a lot unexplained about a lot of things relevant or not it`s light entertainment and is over quick. a lot of people may quite esily enjoy, plus being from the makers of 'walk the line' and 'crazy heart' both of wich I enjoyed personally is an enticing factor to consider.
