Review of Bloodsport (1988) by Keenan S — 22 Mar 2013
Bloodsport is no masterpiece, but it is a solid fighting film. While the acting and dialogue are hilariously terrible and the story is subpar, the film makes up for such flaws with awesome fight scenes and it manages to be enjoyably corny because of the acting and dialogue, complete with gloriously cheesy 80's music.
I had a blast with Bloodsport because it is awesome, action-packed, and funny when it wanted to be. It's a damn fine action film overall despite some flaws here and there.
