Oh dear this is very poor.
The action is lethargic at best, there's a comedy sex scene & the cast are so unsuited to speak in such an old fashioned tongue it's unreal!
Rayne is the product of a vampire/human parenthood. Her father Kagan brutally raped & murdered her mother & she now seeks revenge.
3 artefacts are required to destroy Kagan who seeks them for himself to make him even more powerful.
She befriends Madsen, Davis & Rodriguez, together they search for the pieces they need.
Even with Ben Kingsley as Kagan the acting is shocking as is the script & the film just plods on creekily to a not very dramatic ending. Worth avoiding.
