Review of BloodRayne (2005) by Baurushan J — 16 Oct 2011
Bloodrayne gets a 2.25/10 and I'm sure the 4% rating wasn't wrong this time but the two reviewers who gave this film a good review have actually given the film some credit. I will say this though.
Kristanna Loken was hot, that sex scene with her and Michael Madsen mad me get pumped. The vampire action was mediocre, as a movie it's not that great but as a adaptation, it seems to be really terrible.
Of course we can guess how the Uwe Boll way goes. Random video game footage, huge fight scenes created directly from the video games and who can forget the bad-acting chicks and the waste-of-talent great actors? In this film, the chicks are Loken and Rodriguez while the actors are Madsen, Davis, Kingsley and Zane.
Bloodrayne sucks the movie's blood itself dry in general as for Bloodrayne 2: Deliverance...I don't give a shit!
