Review of Blood Work (2009) by Lana O — 31 May 2011
I have a problem with this film. Or a few. A) I'm a Michael Connelly freak, and Clint Eastwood makes a so-so Terry McCaleb. B) Clint Eastwood makes simple movies, and I'm not simple. He even simplified the true ending of this story, and it really ticked me off.
The book ending wasn't that complicated, and wouldn't have upped the production value that much...it was just Producer/Executive Director laziness. What a slacker, Clint.
