A detective story with some good parts - and some bad. Clint Eastwood makes a good if somewhat unremarkable job, which can in fact be said for most of the cast. The plot is nifty enough at times, but the identity of the killer, I thought, was pretty obvious from early on.
Run-of-the-mill film, but watchable.
