Surprisingly good. Blood Rush deals with a zombie epidemic that has consumed a small town, far away from any city.
Blood Rush suffers from too many characters. It is hard to keep track of them all, and because of that, we do not become emotionally invested in their story. But the main story of Kara is the most interesting, and the most engaging.
