Very watchable and very entertaining cop/action DTV, Luke Goss still impressive, Tamer Hassan - always good, Vinnie Jones and Val Kilmer - barely there (but not noticeable)... er Curtis Jackson, about 5mins, didn't really see the need for his character (except he produced the movie!).
