Review of Blood of the Vampire (1958) by Orlok W — 17 Nov 2011

Although no real vampires to speak of, this little Universal Horror is immensely watchable just because of the plot, where a recently condemned doctor is shipped off to a jail for the criminally insane, just because the chief warden wants his help on his, "experiments" heh heh.

. You know where this is heading don't you? This was a bit nasty, a bit messy, but still fun for the most part, it gets a little too stupid at the end ("Let go of my arm!") and the end is a bit pat, but oh well, this was a fun surprise.
