Review of Blood in the Water (2016) by Cody C — 05 Oct 2016
'Blood in the Water' is a film I hadn't heard about until a friend of mine kept telling me to watch it. I thought he was crazy until I actually sat down and watched it for myself. The film is a thriller about three young people, Veronica (played by Willa Holland), Percy (played by Alex Russell) and the devious Freedgood (played by Miguel Gomez), caught up in a love triangle that takes a dangerous turn.
The mesmerizing backdrop of the Hollywood Hills shown throughout the film counteracts with the films darker tones of greed and deceit. Overall, I really enjoyed the film.
