Review of Blood for Dracula (1974) by Sean G — 09 Sep 2009
The story of the wussiest Dracula in cinematic history played masterfully by Udo Kier.
Dracula travels to Italy with his grumpy, leering manservant to find a "wirgin" to marry. Instead he is presented with "whoores" and becomes sick off of their impure blood.
Worthwhile for the performances of Kier and Arno Juerging as Anton, and for the hilariously incongruous, Brooklyn accented Joe Dallesandro (Warhol boy-toy and star of many of his films) as hero/nasty rapist Mario.
