This movie really disappointed. I keep reading reviews about it being a "throwback" and that may be true, but if it is it's a throwback to really horrible movies. It was unoriginal, the cinematography was confusing, the dialog came off like first-draft filler, and the acting was stiff and wooden.

Mel Gibson looked great, that's literally the only positive thing I have to say about this movie. If this is any indication of where Mr. Gibson's career is headed I feel truly sorry for him. How in the world did they convince William H.

Macy to be in this thoroughly mediocre movie? There was no suspense, no stakes, I literally didn't care what happened to any of the characters and wasn't the least bit moved by the ending. I can't fathom how this movie got as many positive reviews as it did.
