Review of Blood Father (2016) by Matt L — 10 Apr 2017
Blood Father stars Mel Gibson in one of his best performances ever in my opinion. The plot wasn't anything special, but the care and attention given to the film really fleshed it out into something much better than it should have been.
The action scenes were really well filmed, and it definitely helped when Gibson was going full tilt on some of the bad guys. The rest of the acting is good, but Gibson steals every scene he is in, and his presence is what really made the film far above average.
