Very bad movie. Sells itself as a vengeance action movie but is nothing of the sort. It's actually a rather boring road movie in which a father gets to know his dysfunctional daughter. Only the last 15 minutes showcases any action for what is sold as an action movie.
The girl who plays Mel Gibsons daughter is a terrible actor and rather annoying. It's really hard to care about any of these characters. The last 15 minutes delivers on action (it is also timid) but by then who cares.
