Review of Blood Father (2016) by Joss R — 12 Oct 2017

I really enjoyed this film. I was sceptical purely because I find Mel Gibsons performances to be very unpredictable, but here I was pleasantly surprised. The rather simple plot is executed very well, and even though the films immediate start & continued fast pace; it manages to get in a surprising amount of character development.

Every performance is good and there was an overall realness that was felt from watching this film. The action is very well handled, and a suitable ending also. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this.
