The movie really gives a fake image of what happened in the reality, making it sound like the conflict happened by greediness, while it was far more complex than this, and poverty, corruption played a major role in the start of the war.
It is sad that the movie just gives this image of the war and describe the people of sierra leone as people ready to commit terrible things by greediness...Blood diamond is just another holliwood movie.
