Review of Blood Diamond (2006) by Nathaniel M — 31 Mar 2012
The actors in this movie put on great performances in this movie. The movie takes place in Africa and it is about a man named Solomon played by Djimon Hounsou who village is burned down and his family is taken and he is forced to work in the diamond mines right before a government raid on their camp he find a very large pink diamond and so starts the search after wards with Leonarado character Danny Archer.
He helps search for his family intern for the diamond though things accur and their are some twist. Though the this movie shows the horrors of child soldiers and well be it dumbed down and less complicated version of what they do to the children to brain wash them.
Also shows what journalists have to go through and their struggles with jennifer Connelly. I recommend this movie and its one of my favorites.
