Exciting action, a great score, and beautiful cinematography are the backdrop to a film driven by its performances. DiCaprio might have received more praise for his performance - and for good reason - but the real star here is Djimon Hounsou, whose performance as Solomon Vandy is nothing short of jaw dropping.
