Review of Blood and Bone (2009) by Trent R — 22 Feb 2010
Really liked this one. Part Blacksploitation, part kung fu. Michael Jai White's ability is off the charts. All of the fight scenes were spot on and full of moments where you audibly moan due to an injury or cheer at the way White absolutely abuses people.
Definately did not suck! Eamonn Walker (main baddie in Blood Diamond) was a great choice as the bad guy here but seeing Dante Basco(Ruffio in Hook) detracted from the flick. Too many n-bombs from people who shouldn't be throwing out racial slurs.
