This movie aint breaking any new ground in the genre and follows the same old formula of ex-con going straight only to be lured into the underground world of MMA. It's all been seen and done before but still "Blood And Bone" remains an entertaining movie as MJ White is seriously badass in the leading role of Bone and there are some decent cameos thrown on for real life fighters Kimbo Slice, Bob Sapp and Ernerst "The Cat" Miller.
