One of, if not the very first, Giallo films. Bava really sets the groundwork for tons of movies to come. That being said, although this contains the always fun black gloved killer and some decent murders, it's a bit too slow for my liking and after having seen countless Giallo films, this one ends up feeling pretty generic, despite what it is.
