Review of Blitz (2011) by Aslyn E — 07 Oct 2011
Despite having respected Brit actors Paddy Considine and Aidan Gillen not to mention Hollywood action star The Stath this still somehow manages to suck elephant balls. It feels like a tv show that accidently fond itself with a good cast and movie status.
In fact the shoe Luther had a similar plotline involving serial cop-killer in London and was miles better. Advertised like a all-out action fest it's a slowburn drama/thriller with plently of cat-and mouse verbal exchanges between Stath and the villan who always seems to be one step ahead (as usual).
