Statham is funny here (probably sometimes intentionally) and considine is always good no matter the role. The geezer from the wire and game of thrones is good as the baddy. But it never adds up to a cinematic moooovy.
Rather it feels like a 2 part pilot of a wannabe tv show. Especially the shoe horned in sub plot with the lady. See I dont even remember a single name of a single character. Its watchable and frequently enjoyable whilst its on.
You do come away a bit empty but its certainly not bad.
