Review of Blitz (2011) by Amanda H — 29 May 2013

I enjoyed this but, as you all know, I am a huge Jay fan and he did not disappoint. Statham plays a no-nonsense and un-pc copper in London who teams up with Considine in an interesting crime fighting duo who take on a serial cop killer.

Some critics are bemoaning the fact that this film skips over the forensic crime fighting paraphernalia that we can see any night on TV shows but I think it's all the grittier for that. Worth a watch.
