Review of Blindfold (1966) by Richard C — 15 Dec 2012
A very under-appreciated comedy thriller that provides itself as a Charade-style comedy thriller that builds in with some intriguing plot details and some likable characters, most notably the use of the chemistry between the two leads Rock Hudson and Claudia Cardinale.
While it comes across as deliberately slapstick at times, the segments cannot help but be seen as fun and though the film is very predictable, it is still an enjoyable film for its attempt to proclaim itself as a Hitchcockian mystery that is both a good mystery and a fun watch.
