I think that this movie is underrated. It deserves some credit. There are only two flaws. One, this movie is similar to Encino Man in a lot of ways. Two, the story line doesn't get very deep. But, on the bright side, this movie is really funny.
It's about a young man who spent his entire childhood accidently locked in a bomb shelter. When he finally sums up enough courage to leave the shelter, the world is an entirely different place than what he was taught in the shelter.
He meets a young woman and bribes her into helping him adjust, which turns out to be quite funny as well as romantic. Check it out. B+.
