Review of Blair Witch (2016) by Isaac H — 17 Sep 2016
It was ambitious. They tried. The concept of throwing a bunch of actors into the woods with new digital recording equipment keeps the spirit true to the original Blair Witch Project, but the entire movie felt a lot more scripted than the original.
Cinematography was good at parts, but it wasn't enough to keep the entirety of the film on its feet. Some of the actors were good, others not so much. It falls into the found footage category pretty much.
like an amusement ride ending similar to paranormal activity 3. and you actually see the witch. I only like a few scenes from the movie, honestly.
