Well this certainly came out of nowhere! Like the original "Blair Witch" has been hidden from the public under the fake title of "The Woods" and only now are we finding out that we have a true sequel to the groundbreaking original.
Simply put "Blair Witch" is one of the most terrifying experiences I have ever had in the cinema. I did really enjoy the original and I know many people didn't and so this may be an issue with this new instalment as it is very similar.
However it does successfully expand on the lore of the Blair Witch and puts its own spin on it.
The last 30 minutes are some of the most intense and frightening sequences that I have seen in quite some time. I highly recommend it.
