So....when all is said and watched, I feel this is a Blair Witch remake then a continuation of the original. There wasn't much of a difference in the movies besides a few monsters but that doesn't change the fact it was left up to cheap jump scares that weren't really set up properly and the tension didn't feel like it was there during the "scary" moments.
Passable.
