Wow. Just wowwwww. Every time I think hollywood has run out of ideas, they do something like this.

The ONLY reason Blair Witch Project was interesting/scary was because they were the first film to use the internet to create a mystery around whether it was a true story or not. This was 1997, and we've all grown up a bit as far as believing anything on the internet.

Remaking/rebooting this is just a complete waste of time and obvious money grab. Once you know for a fact it isn't a 'lost film' documentary, it just becomes a really poor shaky cam horror flick. I really hope they took a bath on this one, someone out there needs to learn a lesson -- don't produce movies, you don't know what you're doing.
